By accessing and using Fusionn.io (hereafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Fusionn.io is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform that provides analysis and optimisation tools to improve the visibility of your content in generative search engines and AI assistants.

3. User account

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity carried out under your account
• Informing us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Plans and payments

The Service offers several subscription plans:

• Free plan: 5 search credits in total (non-renewable)
• Premium plan: Unlimited access with advanced features (€29/month)
• Business plan: Custom solutions, quoted on request

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Attempt to access the Service's systems or networks without authorisation
• Use bots, scrapers or other unauthorised automated means
• Share your account with other people
• Transmit viruses, malware or any malicious code

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fusionn.io and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Fusionn.io does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. In no event will Fusionn.io be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

9. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will inform you of any change by publishing the new Terms of Use on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
